The project was based on a longitudinal block with thirteen meters of corridors, containing all of the elementary school classrooms and library (with the possibility of independent access) concentrated on three floors. The building site is established with the two lower floors that include, in the first floor, the nursery school program with a play area oriented to the south and enclosed by the porch of the classroom area.
