The 14 storey building is placed perpendicularly to the sea, in order to minimize the obstruction of views of the other buildings in the development. The layout is a result of the juxtaposition of two square shaped elements containing four units each, placed at either side of the lift and stair core.

As the building goes up, this generic layout is modelled to suit the brief, resulting in a thinning structure as the number of units per floor diminishes from the ground floor (8 units per floor) to levels 11, 12 and 13, with only four units per floor.
