The scheme is composed by seven housing blocks comprising ground floor and four storeys which displaced in section in order to adapt to the slope of the street.

Three of them are located on the highest part of the site, facing south. The other four are built along Ramon Mas Street, with their living rooms opening onto the interior space.

These blocks are all built on top of a continuous two storey car park which includes a storage space for each unit.
