The building has a rectangular shape, with its narrow side facing North-South, bridging between the highest and lowest levels of the site. There are three levels, as the building adapts to the topography of the site. The middle one is a 21,45×9,90 rectangle, part of which is sitting directly on the ground and part of it is raised over a set of pillars as it bridges the gap, where the car park is located at underground level. The upper part of the building is placed on the Eastern side of the site, and the different levels step down the side of the mountain in order to reduce the height and visual impact of the construction.
