The shape of the building comes as a result of the carving of different parts of it, both interior and exterior. In the inside, a great atrium crosses the building from top to bottom, linking the office spaces to the lobby through a set of open corridors that act as viewing platforms.

Following a polar symmetry, a part of the second and third floors is set back from the façade at both sides of the atrium, which diminishes the overall volume of an otherwise monotonous 64m long prism. In doing so, the offices on the second floor enjoy a stunning landscaped terrace.

Both pedestrian and road traffic gain access to the building through a landscaped avenue leading onto the lobby, the atrium which links all the parts of the building with the exterior, both physically and visually.
